Shipping methods for the continental USA and Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico & Canada:

  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
  • Lonestar offers standard and priority shipping methods within the 48 continentals United States.
  • Most standard shipments are sent UPS or FED EX Ground unless the delivery address is a post office box or APO address and then we ship U.S. Postal Service. Shipping via U.S. Postal Service may delay shipping time and an extra charge will be added.
  • If you would like Lonestar to use your UPS or FedEx shipping account for freight, please fax or mail in a letter requesting this service with a copy of your company information and shipping account number.
  • Priority shipments are sent UPS. Extra shipping charges will incur.
  • Customers ordering from Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico must choose to have shipments sent UPS 2nd day air or next day air.   
  • Standard shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico can be shipped UPS and U.S. Postal Service. Shipping via U.S. Postal Service may delay shipping time and an extra charge will be added.
  • Charges are calculated based on current UPS, FED EX & U. S. Postal Service shipping rates.
  • Lonestar cannot be held responsible for late arrival caused by carrier or carrier being unable to reach the customer to set up a schedule for delivery.
  • Be sure to provide us with a complete address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached during the day.
  • Large and oversized items will have a surcharge imposed by the carrier.
  • Large shipments may have to be sent common Carrier and will be shipped to customer freight collect. Customer will be contacted to determine which carrier to use.
  • Canadian orders will be charged a surcharge of $10.00 per order to cover all paperwork and or extra expense.
  • All Canadian or International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees.
  • International orders will not be drop shipped.
  • Items backordered will be shipped as soon as they are in stock some products are drop shipped from other various Manufacturers.

 

International Shipments

All items shipped outside the 50 United States and U. S. Territories must meet the following criteria.

  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges.
  • Canadian and international orders will be charged a surcharge of $10.00 per order to cover all paperwork and or extra expense.
  • All Canadian or International customers are responsible for all freight, duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Drop ship items will not be shipped to Canada or any International destination.  Description will indicate if item is drop shipped.
  • All international orders must have a complete physical address including country and daytime phone number. Remember to list address so that it can be delivered to you in a timely manner.
  • Lonestar is not responsible for incorrect address and or incomplete address and no refunds will be made.
  • All International orders must be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
  • All international orders must be shipped to billing address unless order is being shipped to the U.S.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be processed on International orders unless they are the direct fault of Lonestar.
