Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from Lonestar Caliper Co. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it in like new and resellable, acceptable condition within 30 days from original purchase and we will gladly exchange it or refund your money.

This return policy does not apply to dated event related merchandise. We will only accept a return of dated event merchandise if it is defective or if Lonestar is at fault. Fault of Lonestar means wrong item and or shipped wrong size or color. We will ship the order received and placed by you the customer so please make sure to double check all event related merchandise to insure you have marked the correct color and or size before ordering.  Please double check all orders and consider all event related merchandise as is with no return policy.

Please call our customer service department at 903-829-8400 between the hours of 8am-5 pm Monday- Friday Central Standard time to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You can email us 24 hrs a day for an RMA but our customer service department is only open during normal business hours and it may be the next day before an RMA is emailed back to you.

After you receive an RMA number please write it on the outside of the shipping container to help with the processing of your return/exchange. Failure to do so may slow down the return/exchange process. Returned merchandise must be returned in its original acceptable resalable condition.

Returned merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original invoice. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped back via UPS or FED EX who will provide you with a tracking number and insurance with each shipment. This will enable you to track your return and know when we receive it.

We cannot do anything on your return until we have received and inspected your merchandise. Customer must pay freight charges and insurance charges on all returns unless the return is due to a defective item or a packing error made by Lonestar and then we will refund any reasonable shipping charges you had to pay to return the items after they are received and inspected.

Lonestar will not accept worn or damaged items for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition they will be returned at customers expense. Lonestar reserves the right to determine if a returned or exchanged product is acceptable. 

Lonestar is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. This does not apply to return for sizing or style changes, customer is then solely responsible for all charges.

All shipments sent must be accepted by the customers and not refused. If any items are refused for any reason other than shipping damages, the customer will be responsible for the orginal cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee.  

Please make a note of these conditions before returning items. 

Make sure you have obtained an RMA from us before shipping.   Write the RMA clearly on the outside of the box in big bold writing.   Make sure items are in original resalable packing and condition.


MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE COPY OR ORGINAL RECIEPT. PACKAGES RECEIVED WITHOUT ORGINAL RECIEPT MAY BE DELAYED.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS.

A credit will be issued for the acceptable returned merchandise on the original credit card used to purchase the items. We will be happy to send you a replacement item before Lonestar receives returned merchandise but we will charge your credit card for the shipment and merchandise. When we receive the returned merchandise and Lonestar determines it is an acceptable return your credit card account will be issued a credit. Lonestar cannot be held responsible for overdrafts and or any charges incurred because of this process. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
